- When Buying Original Art Directly from Jim Benest Fine Art -
Method of Payment: PayPal securely processes all payments for Jim Benest Fine Art. Don’t have a PayPal Account? Not a problem, pay as a guest at Checkout and sign up for PayPal later.
Packaging: We use Fed Ex and their professionally designed art boxes for all of our original art.
Shipping Costs: We charge a flat 10% shipping fee, which is added at checkout.
Delivery: All packaged art will ship in 3 to 5 business days from date of purchase. We will personally deliver all original artwork to your home or business, within Fort Collins city limits, at no additional costs. Delivery outside of Fort Collins may be available upon request and additional trip charges may apply.
Installation: Art installation is available upon request. Some restrictions and charges may apply.
Return / Damage Policy: Buy it, Try it, Return it if it does not meet your satisfaction. Return it within (7) days of delivery and in original undamaged condition for a full refund of the product cost. Buyer pays for all return packaging, shipping and insurance costs. Upon receipt and inspection for damage, a refund for the price of the art, not to include shipping charges, will be issued back to the original source of payment.
If you Receive Damaged Art: Should you receive your shipment and suspect and or find damage, take pictures of the original packaging before opening and of the artwork itself. Contact us at [email protected] as well as the shipper for further instruction.
